That Allstate commercial is right -- it's easy to overlook the kicker until you need him. Not overlooking Colt, but I assumed there was someone...and now that I think of it, has anyone on the roster kicked an extra point in college, let alone an actual FG?

That's true. But I'd at least heard of Colt. Meanwhile, I can't think of the kickers (K/PK, not punters) on the roster at all. Crutchfield sounds familiar, but that's it.
If Jasper can kick, we're fine -- and now that it's mentioned, yeah, Colt had turf toe and Josh did some kicking, but to my knowledge only XPs.

We also have a walk-on from St Thomas More in Lafayette - Tyler Listi. Look out for this kid - he's an All State punter/kicker who can really boom it.

yeah but jackson wasn't the all-time leading scorer in lsu history.

Close...he kicked in the App. State game when David was injured. Jasper made 2 FG's and all the XP's in that game.
Jasper is going to be fine. I watched him in pre-game warming up a lot...he has a good leg and often was making them from 55 yds. I think we are in good hands.
