SLU’s best power hitter, Ryan Brome, injured his hand against Southern Miss last week and hasn’t played since. .355 with 12 HR’s. That’s hard to replace. Haven’t heard what his injury is but he hurt it on a swing. SLU has 2 one run losses to USM where USM hit home runs in the 9th inning.

Brother Martin kid that blew his arm out a few years ago.
Dude's a 5th year senior too.
Last year he had a 2.87 ERA but only 49 K's in 84.2 IP.
This year he has a 2.06 ERA with 98 K's in 74.1 IP
He must have added a really good pitch between this year and last year to double his K's in 10 less IP
