Yup.
He runs that pro style offense.
Checks out.

Make him the DC in waiting.
Make Aranda the HC in waiting. Tell O he's got 2 years to make it into the playoffs.
Nothing like incentivizing your coordinators and position coaches to sabotage your seasons so they can take your job.

He doesn't need to sabotage the defense - we won't make it to the playoffs with E calling the shots on offense.
Do you see any threads waiting on Burrow to make an announcement?

Naming someone HC in waiting when the HC is not close to retiring and telling the current HC he needs to get to the playoffs in 2 seasons or he's done will only make it that much more unlikely. Aranda would be foolish to not look out for #1 and try to become the HC at a major football program by fricking around just enough to cause the team to fall out of playoff contention if, in fact, the team is capable of that in the first place.

When has this ever happened before?

But I could be wrong or he could be in denial.
Do you not realize how pretentious this sounds?

Nobody else will hire ensminger as OC so he will stay. I could see aranda taking a head coaching job later. Raymond would probably be the first to leave
