I agree nobody wants to blow anything up. I'm not in the fire Miles camp, but I don't want to see the whole university held hostage.

When the Arkansas smokescreen hit, that too was utilized to gain money and an extension. That is Miles option to use leverage. It is our option to say not this time.

His first 3 Years, Jimbo was still hear with the Kids he and Satan recruited. 21 out of the 22 players that started in the NCG was Sabans. Flynn developed by fisher. ALL Miles has to show for being at LSU is 1 SEC Championship, that Winning record he has is padded by Saban and Jimbo recruits in miles first 3 years. Still has a good record but has underachieved every year since he's been here. Not once has LSU's production reflected their talent level. Look at the NFL Rosters you would think LSU has won the last 5 out of 7 National Championships.

Les may very well frick himself and this team (by leaving) but lets not be a bunch of pussies about it. I like Les as a person but I wouldn't argue about him being a better coach than just about anyone out there. Good man yes...good coach... frick no. That's just me being real.

Than anyone?

No one is better?

There are a frick ton of talented teams that don't just win less games than LSU. there are teams with a shite ton of talent that fricking have losing seasons.

You're going to sit here and tell me that Will Muschamp is a better coach?

Huspeth can't even win his conference outright.

Bc Miles has a history of egotistical actions. Nothing grooms ego better than a Championship but carry on.

Did you think 3 years after Saban leaving he would win a NC. It isn't like the players we had just screamed NC.

Except the fact that we had zero QBs to win these ships!! We probably would have won at least one more maybe 2 with good to great QB play. If les miles can fix this one problem I think he's seen as a much different coach!!

Lord he's HAD 7 YEARS to find the most important position on the team QB just ONCE, and goes out and recruits Duel threat QB's and tells them to be a Pro style QB. IDIOT

I would call this post stupid, but I'm afraid it would be complementary of it. So, so, so many fails and even a few outright lies in it. No big surprise though.

By the way, the '03 natty was won with Dinardo's players. Nick's first year with all his recruits...8-5. Evidently, Miles did better with Saban's recruits than Saban did with them. This is something that is not debatable. The facts are in the numbers!

So, just once? Last year doesn't count in this hypothetical, does it?

Please come back when you grow up and gain some perspective on where LSU is, and where LSU has been before 2000. Your lunatic comments show that you don't realize how good you have it right now as a "supposed" LSU fan.

Sorry. Again, more lies. I won't do your work for you. I know the answer. Please post the starting roster for the bcs championship game in 2008 (07 season). You made the comment that 21 of 22 starters were Nick's recruits. That is simply not true.

Sorry I'm looking at the roster now,03 also like Amp Hill, R Prude C Webster, Kyle Williams joseph Addai, Leron Landry, to name a few more. Only Miles Recruit that started was in 07 was Ricky Jean Fran,///07 was so loaded ,how could any coach worth a Damn lose to Kentucky and Arkansas.

I appreciate what Les has done for LSU but does Les realize what LSU has done for him? You can call him the greatest coach in the world. I don't give a shite. He's not a great coach and we both know that. He's won more games in his time than any other.

He's had the highest paid staff for quite some time. He's also had many of the best recruiters over his tenure. He's not bigger than LSU and if he wants to leave he will. LSU will move on.

Actually it was 15 out of 22. And all 15 of those starters had little to no playing time under Saban; therefore I fail to see the rationale of it's not the current coaching staff that won this game - it is a win credited to the prior staff. Crediting a coach who was gone for 3 years is pure stupidity.

Really? 2011?

Using your rationale, I guess the same should also be said about Ohio State, USC and a handful of other programs, all of which have a comparable number of players in the NFL as LSU has. Once again your logic fails, because you are basing your deductions on emotion and not logic.

2011 You mean 2010-2011 Undefeated Season, The team Urban Meyer called the most talented College football team he had ever seen(He had won 2 NCs) This team in the National Championship Game couldn't cross the 50 yard line and YOU THINK WE DIDN'T UNDERACHIEVE !!! WOW/ With these type of expectations Miles would be crazy to leave, there are those here who love Mediocrity, he want find that in Michigan

Could be wrong on this, but I'm pretty sure that quite some time is exactly 2 years. Not that it matters much though, except in the realm that you will quantify dollars spent to wins/losses.

I would submit that since money is a sticking point, that you complain about the lack of LSUs recruiting budget. Even though Les has had far less than his SEC counterparts to spend, he has outperformed most of them on the recruiting trail. Clearly, the university is getting a bargain in this area.
