Since he seems to be the "tall, jumper" of the receiving corp, why not have Lee or Hatch throw the 15-20 yd. lob.....at least that would be a "jump ball" with at least a 50% chance of completion......also, a better chance for our offense to "cover" in case of an interception.

I have been waiting for us to throw one up for him in the corner of the endzone when we are in or near the redzone, but alas it never happens.

Two things about Toliver that I heard from someone close to the team:
1. Toliver has issues with knowing where to line up/running the correct route.
2. Apparently he is very immature.
This is why you don't see him out on the field as much as some of you would hope. I think he is a great talent but needs to really get it together because we will need him to start to produce like he can.

He isn't underrated or overrated, he just hasn't done much yet.

This was brought up by a coach in the know before he ever stepped foot on LSU's campus. They said that he was extremely talented(NFL talent level), but he better grow up or he'll prove to be a head case.

He is under used and definitly not overrated. He doesnt get the ball bc the play call is not for him. Everyone knows when a pass play is called all Lee does is look at his primary. Everybody else on the field is just a decoy.

it's a shame.
Had Toliver actually gone somewhere like USC or UF or UGA he might actually have a QB to throw him the ball.

Yes, because we can all see that Lafell and Bryd don't have any receptions at LSU.

We got no QB.
Funny. Despite throwing a metric frick-ton of picks Lee is still third in the SEC in QB RAT, so yeah we have a QB he just throws a ton of picks.

Lafell adn Byrd have lost millions due to poor QB play this year.
