I could see this... and that would suck for 2015 LSU

Why can't we keep people 4 years? It's just a prediction don't get all bent out of shape over it?

J. Collins is a 4th year jr!

But for most, it is not why they come to LSU. Come to LSU to get to the league. We are the best school at turning out pro-ready players. When you build that kind of reputation, you are going to get a lot of guys with that as a singular purpose.

Oh, and I think we lose:
Kwon
J. Collins
Mills
Hunter
Vadal
Hawkins (although someone needs to get in this guy's head fast, cause he is a 1-2 round guy next year if he moves to LT and performs)

Dural is the one unknown. Can't get a read on him.

I would like to see all of them stay and finish their degree. While many get to the NFL and become stars, a lot get cut.

Since these guys committed to being Tigers, I would like to see them have successful lives, post football.

I do, however, understand the lure of a $450k minimum contract. Many will get more.

Terrance Magee, Kenny Hilliard, Porter, Collins, Vadal, Rasco, Danielle, Thomas, Alexander, Mills, and R.Robinson(obviously school isn't working out)

That's just draft ready players including two seniors. When you look at the seniors & draft ready players depth becomes an issue at OL, TE, & DB. We are losing a lot of seniors this year, holy hell.

Next year is going to be another rebuilding year. Hope everyone's body is ready. It doesn't matter how good we coach up the new QB the OL will make or brake us next year. Seeing as we struggled this year at that unit, next season should be more of the same.

I think Kwon and Vadal both stay.

It think Hunter and Mills and Collins go.

Hawkins follows Collins lead and stays for year at LT.

Going off of the "if you get drafted in the first 3 rounds you should go" concept. Too huge of a risk to get cut and end up with nothing.

quote:

Vadal
Meh....not seeing him going in the top 3 rounds. First OT picked in the 4th round made leage min plus a $75k signing bonus each year he's eligible.

quote:

Kwon
Being ranked in 15th in the league with this team is not going to get you into the top 3 rounds.

quote:

Hawkins
no.

quote:

Mills
no.

quote:

(Jalen) Collins
Maybe. Only guy that could potentially go in the top 3 rounds.

quote:

Hunter
Injured vs. A&M, and no - not top 3 round material this year.

quote:

Dural
Can run routes but couldn't catch a cold. Has a case of the drops. Not all of it is his fault. I just don't see it.

Guys let's not get crazy here. Look at these players that were awesome at LSU and what their career earnings were - it's really tough to make it in the league. Sure, you might end up making close to a million, but odds are you'll make somewhere between $200 - $600K and that's IF you make a team in your first year and IF you get promoted from the practice squad. To be clear: I think all of these guys are damn strong college football players, but there ain't no 100k+ stadium to cheer for your arse on the practice squad, and you lose the access to the women too.

Tharold Simon: $946K
Drake Nevis: $555K
Lamin Barrow: $467K
Lazarius Levingston: $465k
James Wright: $432K
Spencer Ware: $430K
Freak Johnson: $430K
Craig Loston: $380K
Chris Faulk: $290K
Lavar Edwards: $262K
Kadron Boone: $3k

The only correct answer is the ones that receive the draft grade they can't improve by staying.
