Datbayoubengal is correct. All our runners give punishment when moving N and S. I think Williams and Hilliard win here because they primarily run N and S. Magee and Fournette go wide more. It is always easier to tackle any RB when he is moving lateral.

The last two are more likely to break a long run, so it is a risk/reward type deal. It is all percentages and dependent on how the play is blocked as well.

You could say that for other backs but I forgot you can't because for some reason Cam/Miles thinks Fournette is Trindon Holliday.

This. Its why we use a ton of backs and pound the ball up the middle with little success the first 2.5 quarters and they we dominate the last 1.5. Les has been doing it for YEARS with tons of success and the rant still bitches the first 2.5 quarters of every game.

Perfect. The constant run up the middle puts a hurt on the defense over the course of the game. Especially with the size and speed of our backs.

I am not saying Magee is the most punishing but don't discount him. Go watch his runs in the second half of the ULM game. Serioiusly watch his runs on the replay. He was flat running like Ivory use to run for the Saints, just mean!

I think he hits the hole faster and with more determination than the others. Still love when he trucked landon collins
