I booked it as soon as the announcement came. It was the "NYE" rate. Some kind of special for New Years Eve. Now they have the "NYE-2" which is more expensive. Don't see the original rate anymore.

I live out on the west side of Atlanta, along Interstate 20. If you can't find a hotel downtown, try the westside; lots of roadside hotels in towns west-to-east starting with Temple, Villa Rica, and Douglasville. Plenty of places outside the 285 Loop around the city. See ya.
