My camp. I fished in a speck tournament that day. I could not believe I was missing the game to fish but we finally got back to the camp in the 7th inning. As I recall we were down 9-5 or something and I just knew I had jinxed the tigers by fishing lol. When he hit it I thought hell yeh a double ballgame tied but the ball kept carrying.

Watching it on TV at a friend's house. Yea, we went nuts. After that game my dad and I decided we needed to go to Omaha if LSU made it back. I have not missed an LSU game in Omaha since.

Coaching a little league game, the stands screamed when Morris hit it.

My batter had just taken ball 3, I was confused about the cheer

I was at home watching - I couldn't sit down - pacing the floor - I was standing between my den and entrance hall and when he hit it I jump striaght up with my fist and hit the beam - I almost broke my hand but I felt no pain - only incredible joy!

I was watching it at home with my dad. My mom and sister were at the mall.

My dad got pretty frustrated in the last inning, and once we got 2 outs he decided to just go outside and cut the grass thinking we had no chance.

He was still listening to the game on his Walkman while he was riding around on the lawnmower. When Morris hit the homerun, I jumped up and ran outside to tell my dad. He had already jumped off the lawnmower and was running in circles jumping up in down in the backyard swinging a towel around his head screaming "We won!". Thankfully the lawnmower had an automatic shut off when you get off of it.

In my den. That was one of the most incredible LSU experiences I have ever had!

By the way, I taped the game on VHS tape and still have it!

My roommate and i were jumping off the couch (in my Brightside apt) with our hands above our heads and broke the ceiling fan which was going full blast.

It was awesome. We had hauled arse to Corey's Mart (behind to Sports; now Reggies or whatever it is) to get their famous spicey chicken sandwich. We hauled arse back and were just in time to see it all unfold. Awesome memory for me!!

Was in Spain on a summer study abroad program through LSU. Called home to check in, and my Mom told me how they won. Started jumping up and down screaming, then ran into the bar to tell my classmates, who all started jumping up and down screaming and yelling "Geaux Tigers!" Got a lot of strange looks from the natives.

I was coincidentally playing a little league championship game with my walkman in my bag. My coach took it from me and told me i needed to focus on the game. he sat it down when we came in to the dugout, i took it back and started listening and when Morris hit it, one of our players grounded out and i started freaking out and everyone in the stands was looking at me like i was crazy. i didn't care about the game anymore i just couldn't wait to get home and watch sportscenter. fwiw we won the game.
