For those who have parked an RV/Camper/Travel Trailer in the lots for LSU football, particularly those near Tiger Stadium, where do you normally park your car? Either your tow vehicle or an accompanying vehicle.

Longtime season ticket holder looking to RV tailgate for games this year. Any advice is appreciated. TIA!

This has been about 4-5 years ago but there was a couple lots with free parking near TD Village 1 & 2 that we'd try to get a spot in, if not I'd always have my bike with me and would just go park somewhere and bike back to the RV lot.

ETA: If you're in a fifth wheel or travel trailer they may still make you leave your vehicle hooked or close by for evacuation purposes.

Can answer the question about the lots close to Tiger Stadium, but in regards to the VetMed they’ll let you leave your tow vehicle in the lot.

I have towed a travel trailer the last few years and stayed in what used to be called the vet med lot. The tow vehicle has stayed with the trailer in the lot, however if you leave There is a certain time on Saturday where they close off the lot to vehicles getting back in and you may have to park it in the levee lot right next to it and walk over. Other cars need to park in the levee lot as well.

Anyone know if this is still true for RV lots closest to Death Valley?

Our spot is in Touchdown Village 2 and, yes they will let a travel trailer's tow vehicle park in the lot. However if you are in an motorhome, your extra vehicle cannot stay in that lot. I am not sure about the other RV lots around campus

This is correct. We generally park in the old front nine lot. You have to have your vehicle out of TV by 6-7 hours before game time. There are usually signs posted at the entrance.

You keep saying lots closest to Death Valley.

There are basically only three locations to park an RV on campus:

- The 10-15 spots in the South Stadium lot
- Touchdown Village off S. Quad Dr. (Nicholson Ext)
- VetMed lots off Skip Bertran/River Road.

All three lots have different rules related to vehicles and times for which you can setup, etc.

I'm referring to lots 401 & 402 on the corner of South Stadium Drive and Nicholson Drive, specifically.

But I'll take any info regarding the three RV locations.
