I think his stock would rise if he stayed because next year team will run QB read

He'll have to beat out Gurley, Yeldon, Drake, Davis, etc just like he will have to beat Sankey, Carey, Seastrunk, Grice, Hyde, Gordon possibly this year or next.

Go this year, get drafted 3rd or 4th back (second round) and save a year of wear and tear.

3rd-4th imo. RB's are dropping in NFL draft value.

Yep. Someone may take a chance on him in the third, but he isn't going in the first or second.

The NFL is not an RB league anymore. And Miles has not shown to use an RB right anyway. I feel for Hill. He is a good back but his past and the way Miles uses him will make him fall............

So they don't draft them high, they still draft them though.

Miles not overusing Hill is great for his NFL future. He'll have 300+ carries in his college career more than enough to judge him and not enough to have wear.

If they keep throwing screens to him, his draft stock goes up significantly. Being able to catch and run out of the backfield is what NFL teams are looking for these days.

Should be gone by the 3rd or 4th round regardless.

Maybe. But he still has not been used enough to please NFL GM's to use a 1st or 2nd round pick on him.

Gionvanni Bernard
Le'veon Bell
Monte Ball
Eddie Lacy
Christine Michael

all went in the 2nd round last year

2012 they had 3 RBs go in the 1st round

Richardson
Doug Martin
David Wilson

2 more in the 2nd

Isaiah Pead
LaMicheal James

if he runs a 4.65 or lower and is 230+ lbs, he's not going to be around in the 3rd round.

great vision, can run between the tackles, has breakaway speed, can catch the ball, no injury history.

stevan ridley was a 3rd round pick in 2011. Are you telling me Hill is not that good? Hill shits on Ridley

By NE.

Hill is a great back. But the way he has run the last few games is puzzling. He just hasn't been the same since the Ole Miss game when LES YANKED him cause he fumbled.

But I still say 3rd round. Depending on needs of teams at that point.

No. They will see a 6'2, 234lb back running a 4.5-4.55 with quick feet and only 2 years of wear and tear. People say he doesn't deliver the blow or weak for such a big back, but I've seen him run through plenty of tackles and drag guys 3 or 4 yards. He's a receiver out of the backfield also which will help his case.

His vision and balance are elite too and once he's in the open field, goodbye.

he's averaging like 6.0YPC in the SEC.

Last year YES. This year??? Not so much.

He is pretty good at this, but not used as he should in this capacity as well. I will say this. If Hill was on Bama he would have almost 2,000 yards this season. YES he could be that good. Without 300= carries.

YUP.Like I said he a A great COLLEGE back. He would not be able to do that in the pros. BUT I will say this. He should get 20-25 carries against A & M and should get himself at least 200 yds. That would help his stock.

People are smoking crack if they think Hill lasts until the 4th round.

He's huge with breakaway speed and solid hands coming from a pro-style offense with limited tread on the tires. The only thing possibly stopping him from being a top 2 back in the draft is the off field stuff.
