Whenever the team declines, Coach O seems to do an under the bus tossing

He always says "he is in charge" and the platitudes and catch phrases about how everything is under this control. But, he also tends to subtly toss an assisant under the bus every time the heat is on.
This is a big negative on Coach O's character.

Ed has his national championship and his money. He knows the end is coming. I think he cares but he also knows there's now nothing he can do to prevent it. Just listen to the things he says and the way he acts on camera. That clip of him losing it at practice summarized it all.
