That's when you know you've been involved in an epic game.

Honest question, is he ready for Saturday or do we see him Sunday/Monday?

I wouldn’t be surprised if maineri goes backwards rotation and starts labas Saturday and if we lose starts marceaux Sunday. The only thing that worries me is that Labas threw 123 pitches and last time he did that (126 against ole miss) he wasn’t the same for weeks. So if Maineri does go that route I believe labas will have a short leash. I could be totally wrong though, wouldn’t be surprised to still se Marceaux Saturday

I think you definitely save him to Sunday/Monday. I would strongly consider starting Hilliard game 1 with Coleman ready to take over at the slightest hint of trouble. Hope the bats come to play, and somehow win game 1. Then it's who do you want on the mound in a winner take all - Marceaux or Labas.

I think this maximizes the rest for each starting pitcher form Eugene, and puts them in the best position to be successful.
