ALL teams not named bama get their arse handed to them sometimes. msu, arky and ole miss handed us our arse in 2014 if you recall.

and Saban lost some big games here too. VT destroyed us one year under his watch.

it's not time to panic yet. give this team some time to turn things around; they may surprise you.

Please stop bringing Sabans name into the mix when talking about bad losses. Saban was a proven winner and bad losses were the exception rather than the rule. The comparison with O literally makes zero sense.

Get used to it.

History matters.

keep trying to feel better about a 30 point loss to a team that has only beaten us twice in almost 2 decades. sat night was a disaster, and based on O's track record it looks like LSU is in big trouble.

Unranked? IDK.

The 2004 UGA game immediately comes to mind.

They were ranked #3 when we played them

1999 loss to Auburn in Tiger Stadium. That was the start of an 8 game slide and the beginning of the end for Dinardo (well, I guess that was really the previous season).

I don't think things are that dire in this case (of course I didn't think that back then either).

IMHO......I think that the "rankers" have the same insight as we do........we lost last Saturday to a ranked team.

The season is long and things can change in a heartbeat.......that is what is so great about college football. Barring injury......Miss State has the potential to have a tremendous season.

I actually agree with this.

State should've been ranked.
