The ones in bold left for the NFL before finishing their collegiate eligibility, FYI.

Nevermind that they didn't all play on the same teams.

That's all Les has to do is swallow his pride and pass the damned ball 25% of the time in meaningful situations: not 3rd and 11 or 3 and 17. Be Les(s) predictable and his teams would be in every contest including games against bama.

Beckham, Landry, Mett, Alexander, Peterson, Minter, Hill, Mathieu, Hunter alone should have been capable of winning an SEC championship

Beckham, Landry, Mett (did not play significant time), Minter and Mathieu DID WIN AN SEC CHAMPIONSHIP!!!

ETA: Beckham was 2nd in receptions, Landry played in EVERY game, Mett played in 6 games (garbage time), Mathieu led the team in tackles, and Minter was 4th in tackles on that SEC CHAMPIONSHIP TEAM.

Do you people even watch the games anymore?

On drives 1,2,3,6,7,9,10, and 11 the first play from scrimmage was a pass play.

On drive 5 the second play called was a pass which Harris fumbled.

We passed 35 times to 30 runs.

If poor Les could have only had talent he would have won at least 5 NC's in a row with his coaching genius. Look at how Ok St has fallen apart since he left

I think some of our struggles relate to these early exits. Continuity matters at the college level and this pattern is not good for LSU.

Drives 6, 7, 9, 10, 11 and so on are meaningless. We were out of the game after drive 3. This staff did nothing to adapt the game plan to bamas defense. By the end of our 3rd possession, (notice I didn't say 3rd drive) our offense packed it in. You know WHY? Because they knew the same old game plan wasn't going to work. Do you think these players are not football savvy? That's exactly what happened in the 2012 NC game. Do you think saban and kiffen went with their same game plan that they've used all season? I think not. Miles is an offensive dinosaur. A great man, a very good coach but a hard headed individual. Geaux Tigers.
