I felt it after we booed the shite out of them and the refs after the interception was wiped out with the interference penalty in the third quarter and they ended up having to punt. It was sort of a feeling that WE (the team and the fans) ran things from then on out.

I expected it going into the game; hell I expected it after beating Bama.

But as for that moment YOU KNOW... 2nd quarter. Clemson came out on fire, and we stumbled around early with bad field position. They literally had everything going their way, celebrating on the sideline after going up 10.

And then we erupted-
75 yds in 5 plays, TD. 14-17.
Clemson punt.
87 yds in 6 plays, LSU up 21-17.
Clemson punt.
95 yds on 11 plays, intentionally milking the clock as they moved, TD with 10 seconds left- 28-17.
Shock And Awe, as they say. Clemson went from feeling good, to holy shite we're gonna die.

For me it was the 3rd and 11 screen to chase up 28-25. Felt like that was a breaking point

imo LSU set this up, they wanted third and long to draw the blitz

I felt much better about LSU winning when Dabo came out before the game and was talking about how this game didn't define his team. I felt like he knew they were walking into a buzzsaw.

I knew for sure when Clemson surrender kneeled right before half.

They could've had two plays, one to around mid-field and then a potential hail mary, but Dabo elected to kneel and let the teams go into the halftime with LSU having all momentum.

When Clemson scored 17. We were playing like shite missing blocks not spreading ball around not playing our brand. It was easy to see just needed to settle in and things where going to change fast

When Clemson didn't shut the door when they were ahead 17-7. LSU had 'em right where they wanted them and immediately scored to make it 17-14, Clemson. We had figured out Venables and Clemson's D and for all practical purposes the rout was on.
