that guy dropped about 1 in 8 pitches. i am hesitant to say he sucks, but he certainly didn't have a good night

He is a natural infielder. Started all but 1 game at 3b for Rice last year.

He is a converted 3B. Just changed positions this year.

He's a converted 3B, because Graham feels that is his best chance to pro ball.

ok. that makes a little more since. maybe a rice guy can tell me. has he been like that all year? seemed like we should have been a bit more aggressive on the bases. hes got a good arm, but he seems to really struggle with controlling it first.

He has 10 passed balls on the year. Gibbs has 3 for comparison.

Former Tiger JP Pardon was the only other player to start a game at 3b for Rice last year.

Yes, he's been like that all year. Been a f*cking liability. Ojala always throws his 12-6 curveball in the dirt, Diego just hasn't grasped the concept of dropping your knees and letting the ball bounce into your chest protector, instead of ricocheting off his knee pads. His defensive performance tonight was maybe a tad worse than usual, but no real Rice fans should have been surprised at his catching "performance" tonight.

That throw to get Mitchell out was a beauty through.

Seriously why isnt hanover catching. Motherfricker has a cannon. He should be a pitcher too. Unstoppable. Boom.
