I know that we're in the middle of football season yet but obviously outside of this board, LSU info here is hard to come by. Thanks in advance for any info.

PS: It's not that I've given up on football yet, I'm just curious.

I'm not a basketball expert by any means but I don't see how they can break 500 in the sec. It's going to be a tough rebuilding year imo, but you never know.

I wouldnt go that far. We still have Taz and Bo who will produce alot offensively. Storm has already proven to be good against State last year. He just has got to get better shooting the ball and FT wise (He was less than 50%). Garrett Green will be back this year after sitting out all last season injured. Cant wait to see what Dotson can do and how well he can replace Thornton. The starting 5 is good but the bench is thin. The big question is if the team can overcome the thin bench.

We also have a transfer from Miss.State I think, Malcolm White.

Ole Miss and he won't be eligible until the 2010/2011 season. LSU will probably struggle at times in the upcoming season but they will have a very nice influx of talent in 2010-2011 with White and a very nice recruiting class. There are a lot of question marks heading into 2009-2010 and we'll know a lot more when late Dec/early Jan rolls around.

Below average for 2009-2010. Above average 2010-2011. Excellent 2011-2012.

KY will be a beast, and MSU won't be far behind...

with the SEC back on the rise, if LSU can eek out 9 SEC wins and have 22 or so regular season, I think they could make it into the NCAA's

9-7 in SEC play will be tough. I'm leaning torward 7-9, possibly 8-8. Need to sit down with the schedule and figure out season predictions.

I wouldn't expect to be as successful as last year. Probably somewhere around .500 in the SEC. The SEC will be better overall. It looks like we'll be slim in the post this year, but having Bo and Taz back will be a big help.

We'll probably rely on incoming freshman Aaron Dotson to contribute a lot. His performance could decide a lot IMO.

I'd much rather than do that than work. I'll work on it and we can compare notes soon.

I actually think this year 2 of the walk ons are going to see some time and actually contribute. Populist and Kinsley...

One thing is for sure, they will see a lot more PT under TJ than they would have under Brady.

no doubt the team really likes Trent. They bought in to him and it'll pay off.

That is a very good thing and will help this team out tremendously.
