I just thought it was hilarious how every time Trindon got hit on a kick/punt return it looked like he stepped on a landmine.

I don't know whether or not he's still a Texan but I do know for sure that he's here in town. I work at a local golf course. He has been coming to play about twice a week for the last month.

Man, I think you were watching a different team. Trindon very rarely got lit up because he was usually making a break for the edge. Most of the time when he went down it was an arm tackle. I wish I could have found it, but I remember him actually getting hit by three guys and just bouncing around like a pinball. He ended up on his feet out of bounds. If you want evidence watch this crappy youtube video starting around 2:45 LINK

I agree. With the uncertainty of the NFL's labor situation, and with this being a world championship year in track and field, I thought it would be a good idea for Trindon to get back in track shape and try to make the American team, and perhaps run in some pro meets in Europe. That's what Jamaal Charles is doing.

So if you go on IR, do you get paid? If so, what? League minimum?

Full pay.

I'm sure Trindon was making the minimum or very close to it.

Went to a Texan's event about a month ago and sat with JJ Moses (Texan's Ambassador and former KR/PR), what a great guy. Anyway, he had very good things to say about TH and said he thinks he will make the team and help in Special teams, this coming from a former small KR/PR in the NFL.

I doubt it. He wasn't on the opening day roster.

Yea, he was going to get cut. I remember Kubiak saying that Trindon's chances of making the team were slim. Then he got hurt and the Texans got stuck with him for the whole year.

Hw will stay on the team as a return threat on kickoffs. He won't be able to make it as a receiver because of size. Mike Detillifer said no matter how fast he is, QBs will lose him downfield

Trindon has a sure roster spot. Haven't you heard...the texans are moving Mario Williams to LB so trindon can take over at DE. The texans finally Figured out how to use him.
