Overseas ball? Coaching? Tour with his dad? (Don't know if he's even musically talented, just throwing the last one out there).

He will play over seas and gain lots of knowledge and end up as an assistant coach on the LSU staff with Tasmin Mitchell. Garrett Temple will be the head coach and we will have a 40 minutes of hell full court pressure defensive uptempo team like West Virginia with a bunch of players that can knock down 3s. Can you dig it baby?

Also with Hornsby coaching, our players will finally make free throws.

He'd make a great Euro player honestly.

He would make a lot more money overseas, but the D League would allow him to chase the NBA dream easier. I could see him getting a 10-day contract maybe, and who knows? I would have never guessed Garett Temple would have a solid NBA career. And maybe he would prefer to stay in the US and he's probably not hurting for money given his dad's success.

He will definitely make good money over seas. He will get a little better with ball in hands when ball is life

I've been saying for 3 years that Garrett is a future head coach at LSU. With him coaching them up and his dad helping pull in the recruits we could be unbelievable.

I see him playing overseas, and when that is over I see him coaching. I would love to have him back on the LSU bench one day

Dupree is another future HC

Hornsby can definitely play overseas for a while in a top league. I would expect him to get an invite to portsmouth and a summer league invite

I've always thought of temple as being the type of guy that would be a good future coach. He has been raved about in the nba in terms of his demeanor and knowledge/willingness to accept a variety of roles. Will be interesting to see his direction once his playing days are finished. Based on his play this year, there is a good shot he signs a multi-year contract somewhere so it might be further down the road.

Temple's game was built for the next level. He has great length to play several positions (PG, SG, SF) and does many things really well. His major problem, and not a small one, has always been his shooting. He has improved a lot but is still someone that is left open when on the court. But again, he is good at almost everything else.

Hornsby is a shooter that does not do much else. He doesn't have the length or quickness to play defense against professional players. I think team's will also be weary of his shooting motion (and size) in terms of being able to get his shot off at the next level. He might be a good overseas option but I'd be surprised if he sees the NBA. The only things he really has in common with Temple is that both are very intelligent basketball players that know and play their role within the team.
