There is something about not being able to give tickets away and meaningless that goes together.
FWIW I was there and Yes, believe me you couldnt give tkts away.
Besides, how does putting a bowlgame or sec game for that matter down, equate to putting a player down.. I dont follow that logic at all.

I've commented before, that the irony going into this year, is that J.J. will actually have a shorter leash than J.L. had... for the obvious reason that J.L. has more game experience... not to mention more options at QB with Shep. and/or Garrett. Hopefully, J.J. won't have horrendous moments... but if he does, we're way more prepared for it this year as opposed to last year.

All the questions everybody is asking about Jefferson wont be answered until after that @Miss.St, @Georgia, Florida, Georgia stretch is over........

I must have missed what was so funny.
WHether or not I go or didnt go to a football game doest make it any more or less meaningful...
BTW I also went ark and I labeled that one meaningless as well... do you find that funny too?

His list is not that far off, just switch #3 and #4 and you have the actual depth chart.

"real" QBs

1. JJ
2. lee
3. Garrett (who will almost certainly RS)

"gimmick QBs"

1. RS

that's the depth chart

You don't think Shep will ever be a starting QB at LSU?

what's your reasoning behind that if so?

It's hard for me to understand how people such as yourself and your friend gotygers and others beleive that if JJ got hurt, was ineffective, transfered, or aliens abducted him that RS would come in in front of JL.... the guy as a redshrit fresh started 8 games for us last season and outside an injury would more than likely have finished the season under center.
To believe it is foolish enough... to WANT IT to happen is well.
It truly shows how little about football you know.

in a traditional role (passing with sprinkled running)? no

reasoning: he's not redshirting, so he's going to sit for 3 years behind JJ/Lee. then garrett will take over as starter as a RS Jr.

so out of garrett and shepard, you think garrett will be the better QB?

he looked damn good to me in the spring game.

I was rather impressed.
