Once again I'll state my question that wasn't answered in another thread.....how many of Lee's pick 6's went untouched? I know for sure he hit the UGA lb dead in numbers.
lets use the JJ logic. He was only 19, he needed to develop

Through 4 games JJ has 2 TD passes and 4 interceptions. He may not have thrown pick 6's yet but these stats are pretty horrendous.

Then Lee comes in with very little game preparation and is put into a situation where he will probably fail. I hope I'm wrong, but it's past time to be grooming a backup, with the meat of the schedule looming. I'm afraid it's going to be a long year.

Would have thrown a bad one last night (using JL Logic) if the DB hadnt slipped, (pick 6?)

Jefferson's current rating is 18 points lower than Lees that season.

I'm sick of that trust me. What I'm saying is if Lee would've only thrown say 2-3 pick 6s then everyone would be singing a different tune. All the jj supporters were always quick to say " oh he is only 19 blah blah blah", well guess what JL wasn't much older than that when he was thrown in before he was ready. Get over it, JL gives LSU the best chance to win.

We always win 2/3 of the phases of the game, not going to be that bad

loved the fan reaction on that one, every time we ran it, everyone just shook their head on the snap
You know something is bad man when people are booing the damn play as it's happening. I just don't understand that stubbornness to keep running it. I really frickin dont at all.

I'm a fan of whomever is leading the LSU offense. The thing some people are complaining about JJ is the exact same thing Lee did as a starter in 2008 and coming in relief of JJ against bama and tech last year. Maybe Lee has improved since the tech game and if JJ continues to falter then put lee in. I'm not on the Lee is god thing yet because I do remember 2008 Lee and 2009 La tech lee.
------------------------------------------------
That's what all the JJ supporters say. Whomever is leading the team they will support, the problem is no one is leading the offense. Let's put JL in and see if he can lead the team, if it doesn't work out we can always go back to JJ not leading the offense.

I would rather taze myself in the neck than watch JJ throw the ball at someones feet, then give that puzzled look like "who? Me?"

Jefferson was booed last night, yes Jefferson in the 4th quarter,(although the option did invoke a few obscenities) and for good reason, so all of you out here who have crawfish seasoning in your vaginas need to get over it.
There is NEVER a good reason to boo an amateur athlete on your own team. I understand booing the play calls (particularly some of the inexplicable option and slow developing run plays we call at times), but to boo your own QB for coming onto the field....
The next step will be to cheer should (heaven forbid) Jefferson go down with an injury. You going to come here and defend that?
I like all of our QBs.

Sorry, but I will never agree with booing our own players. He is sucking right now and maybe he's not the right guy for the job. But that's on the coaches to either develop him or make a change. What possible good can come from booing a player? is that going to make him better? Is that going to give him confidence? A lot of bad can come from it and nothing good, so why do it? Makes us look terrible IMO.

you forgot the 2008 AU game or that second half against Troy when he was on fire. People only remember the bad on here.
When he beat AU, we loved him. He was too young to realize what he was dooing and CROWTON didn't change his style of play calling until late in the season. I still say JJ has had 1 great game - GT in that bowl game where he had a MONTH to prepare. He doesn't have the discipline to learn week-to-week for the complex offences in the SEC. Don't know if he ever will get it. This is his second go round against them.
