What would you do in this situation?

I have been offered free opposing player tickets to an upcoming game. The only condition is I can't wear any LSU gear to the game. He said he could get in trouble if we did. He is the son of a close friend so getting him in trouble isn't an option before you answer. No restrictions on cheering for LSU. I've always enjoyed sitting in enemy territory and rooting for my Tigers and getting dirty looks. Would you take the tickets?

This makes no sense. You can't wear LSU gear but you can cheer for LSU?

I did it for LSU McNeese a few years ago. I just wore a yellow polo and tried to stay neutral. I knew in the end LSU would win so it wasn't real hard. I wouldn't wear a red shirt to the Arkansas game though. I was lucky as there was a shared color among the teams.

Just wear neutral clothes and enjoy the free game? Jeans and a plain white collared shirt or something won't kill you.

I'd take em in a heartbeat, go with his rules, cheer for the Tigers while wearing neutral colors, and stay classy. You might get offered another opportunity for tickets down the road.
