Its not a problem. I really enjoy the student section. My boss offered me the tickets. I did not have to take them. But I said yes because I knew it would look good and its still good seats.

I already made the decision. I just wanted to see what other people would do.. I have it made at this company. I am still in college and work my butt off everyday. I have done various jobs here including IT, Recruiting, HR and accounting.

Good career move. But why come here with the question if you have already decided?

Because I want to see what other people would do. Ya know.. your only a student once kinda thing or do whatever to make yourself look good with your employer. It took me about 5 seconds to decide. But I wondered if some people would think it was dumb because I would be given up sitting in the student section which is the most enjoyable place to watch a game in Tiger Stadium.

SO i was asking "put yourself in my shoes, what would you do?" just to see if most people are thinking like me or opposite of me.

A real problem would be if your boss wouldn't give you off for the game andhe sat near you... Your problem isn't much of a problem sit in your bosses seats (your still at the game) and benefit at work and can make a few bucks from your tickets

The best career advice I ever got was from my Dad. "The boss might not always be right, but he is always the boss."

I only work 3 days a week. AND Never on weekends. I usually see my boss on the field before the game with the AD. I also wreck my bosses car a few weeks ago. He wasnt mad at all. Not even making me pay for it. Thats how awesome my boss is.

See....actually the controller (my immediate supervisor) gave me the tickets, but the owner (the person I refer to as boss) gave her the tickets to give to someone here at work. The controller usually gives me stuff like that. She knows I will represent well. She offered me the tickets and I could have said no but Its a pretty cool opportunity

It's usually a good idea to kiss up to the bosses.
Have fun.

I dont have to kiss up. My work shows for itself. Thats why I was offered the tickets in the first place.

Nah kid. I made the decision based on going with my friend, all my close friends graduated last semester. I wondered if I should have said no and stayed in the student section. I was actually expecting more ppl to say they would have stayed in the student section bc your only a student once

You're a student, watch the first half with them and pour them a couple of drinks. If the game is close go to the section and do your fricking job as an LSU student! If the game is in LSU's conrtrol, stay with the clients and act like you care.
