The only question in the back of my mind is this: Could CLM know something that he is honor- bound not to tell that could explain why he didn't play JL in any meaningful way beyond Bama 1 and not at all in Bama 2?
If he hadn't done the same shite to JL in 2010, that MIGHT make sense. And, if it was THAT bad, why would JL have played AT ALL in the games that followed Bama 1?

None of that conjecture makes a hill of beans of sense and is nothing more than desperate straw grabbing by Miles nut huggers who were VERY vested in JJ.

i have people who dont follow LSU or college football coming up to me and saying "why didnt Les play Lee?" and "I cant beleive he stayed with Jefferson"

who is holding this coaching staff accountable? The Rant? surely somebodys arse is getting blown up over this (like JL's did).

He more than likely cannot earn mine back, but I'll only admit that here. I'm LSU in the streets all the way.

Thank God I'm not an 18 year old recruit!

And that's exactly where my question/theory crashes and burns.

It's where ALL the "maybe something happened" nut hugger theories go to shite. They don't make ANY sense at all.

I'm supposed to believe that JL did "something" that caused him to get nothing short of gross public disrespect BUT, that "something" wasn't bad enough to keep him from getting ANY snaps after Bama 1?

That's retarded.

Almost as retarded as the whole academic eligibility BS I heard was. Hell, if anything, that's Miles' out. "Sorry guys, can't play Lee. My hands are tied."

I think the only term that describes this mess with any degree of accuracy is FUBAR.

Take his head out of his arse and loose the stubborn steak. If it is not working then try something else. The Georgia game was a prime example its just lucky they didnt have the Bama linebackers for the second half of the game.

Play his best players. Take someone out of the game if they are completely blowing it

I don't think he can earn my respect back after the poor performance in the BCSNCG. An elite program should never go through a game like that.

I'll admit he lost my respect but I will always bleed purple and gold and support the team.

Brother - I feel your pain.

However, we have no choice but to support the man. He is our head coach for a long fricking time.

Yes - exactly one week ago from tonight, I was laughing my arse off in the Dome instead of getting pissed. It simply did not surprise me that we laid a huge POS in that game. All I could do was laugh how the brain fart happened in the biggest game of the year and in his career. He absolutely blew a shot at 14 - 0.

What made it even more comical was that Saban was on the other side. The nice guy got no breaks from the football gods in the big game against the evil one ...........

Cheering for LSU and supporting the HC are not necessarily mutually inclusive. There are always choices.

He needs to stop meddling with the offense and let them run the plays they practice with the best talent they have. This is college football, if you don't want your feelings hurt, you can always pay your own way through school or find someone desperate enough to play you.

never wanted him here; when he blew they 28 point lead to Texas at okie state and did the same thing against Vols, knew he was an incompetent sob.

With all due respect, amd I am older than you and have been a fan my entire life. I am not a coach so I will not be submitting my resume to LSU. But that night our coach didn't coach. His ego was in the way. Our program went from a National Contender to a laughingstock in 60 minutes. As you stated so arragantly you have the right to have a say. Well so do the rest of us. I understand to admit a mistake is beyond some people but the events of that night were horrible.

the sad thing is there is no accountability for Les not in my wildest dreams can I imagine Aleva or anyone else questioning less about his coaching during the BCS game

I guess he just gets to walk away with his paycheck

That's one of the deals I can't figure is all the money that LSU lost. All those millions in the hands of a carpetbagger......unbelieveable
