They're open all night. They'll charge a late night fee if you get it tonight or they'll charge an overnight fee if you get it tomorrow. Tow companies are scum of the earth.

I don't think you can do that over the phone. They have to match your liscense to your registration. The two times I got towed by them I had to do exact cash.

You don't have to do exact cash, but they won't give you change lol. Not sure how that's even legal but they say they don't provide change. So make sure you go with a bunch of small bills. If you bring hundreds you're going to be overpaying or not getting the car.
