re: What Miles did for LSU was great and should be regarded as such, but...

If anything, it's an aggregation of more information. You don't see the value in using more info to mold or modify your opinion. That's fine, but just know that it's a stupid way to go through life.
Also, it's always important to note that those who said he shouldn't be gone back then that are now thinking it's time now are proven to be on the same page with the people who know much more than your average rantard (that's you) and actually impact that decision.
You don't want that to be true, and we can all see why, but it is.

It's really curious how negatively some of you see a change in heart based on new information
What new information?
That Miles has lost 3 in a row, by double digits?
How is that new info? We negatigers said it was coming, but Dooley bailed him out, Jarrett Lee bailed him out, Chavis bailed him out, now in 2015 no one is left to bail him out
Just because you were blind to clock mismanagement, fossilized offenses, wasted TOs, penalties galore, inadequate QB recruitment and development, predictability, inability to adapt in games, situational awarebess, etc, etc etc; Doesnt mean the rest of us were clueless

Ah yes, the ever shifting goal post. 'Well I can't say it's new information anymore because that's obviously not true. So I'll change it to more information. Yep, that'll do it.'
And of course I see the value in using more information. That has been proven time and time again. Looking beyond the 80% to recognize there are lots of problems that aren't changing or being fixed is the very definition of using more information. Just because you and the rest of the new converts have finally figured out how to do that doesn't mean the rest of us haven't.

right, because Alleva, the TAF money people, and the BOS all just woke up this morning or the morning after the Arkansas game last week and decided now was the time, let's round up $15 million like the rest of you converts. It definitely hasn't been something that's been brewing for a while now. That hasn't been reported by multiple news outlets or anything.

You're clueless if you think anyone is going to meet the criteria you've established. From what I can tell, no losses, no ugly wins, no in game miscues, and no flaws are mandatory. Good luck finding joy in watching sports if that's what you need.
Everyone who is a potential replacement has flaws. Saban lost to Ole Miss, his team is as penalized as LSU, and he's choked in spectacular fashion the last two years in bowl games. Even he doesn't meet your needs.
Yes, more, and in some cases, different information has been observed in 3 years. It's ignorant to deny this. And yet, the persistent desperate attempts to get folks to see it your way are culminating in it happening. And the response has been absurd. Proof that nothing makes some of you happy. And nothing will.

More information is new information you hopeless moron.
I'll not get into another pointless and endless discussion with someone who doesn't understand that "brewing for a while" can exactly describe the feelings of someone who may have been defending Miles 3 fricking years ago, and even last year. It was not a light switch like you and your band of mental midgets are painting it. That you can defend that way of thinking with Alleva et al but do not have the capacity to consider that it is such a common progression that it is likely the case with fans truly floors me.

New information would be information that wasn't available to be used previously.
More information would be information that was available previously, but not used.
But you keep on making shite up though. You'll get one right eventually.

And I won't bother explaining to someone how it's more than plausible, even likely, that these actual decision makers you are now banking your hopes and dreams on aren't message board fans that are going to make their each and every opinion known for all the world to see immediately, all the time. And that it's very likely, based on how far along Lsu already seems to be in the process, that this decision was made a while ago, before the last 2 games.
You can try to convince yourself you're just like the important people all you want. The fact is there was absolutely nothing preventing you from making your opinion known before this week or last week, whenever you became a convert.
