If those are the parameters then JaMarcus Russell belongs in there with Matt Flynn. Both of them didn't play that well and made Millions

There is SO much difference between JR and Flynn its not even close to even talk about.... JR didn’t care and it showed.... Flynn came in with ambition and it showed.... JR got a ton of money for basically doing nothing in the league. Flynn(I assure you) made way more money than any QB in history for just holding a clip board and knowing just enough about the offense to get a team by...... at this moment Flynn has a great life... JR is way to fat and die before he is 50.
