if AJ starts after going 3 games and 10/43 with 43 yards total or something similar I may just forgo watching LSU football this year and pick a team in another conference to watch, and peak in here from time to time to see if I should start watching LSU again.

It was painful watching AJ last year and not even seeing Harris get a shot late in the year.

I know the coaches know best and etc, but I just feel any competent coach in the SEC or any other big conference would have benched AJ to see what the backup had in him after 8-9 games, if not sooner.

Screw that. Jennings didn't deserve that much of a leash. They should have done it after 4 games.

Oh, wait...

You mean like the end of the 3rd game? You mean like giving the backup the start in the 6th game of the year?

You mean like exactly what the coaching staff did last year?

This is the fundamental difference between the Les haters and the Les supporters(there are very few, if any, "lovers." Total strawman by the haters, but I digress.) You want Harris to be given the job. We want him to step up and earn it.

Yea boy and they surely picked their spot to put Harris in their didn't they????? Cuz I mean it worked out so well for him and all, he earned an azz full of splinters the rest of the season.

Why didn't he earn the qb job?

Oh, because Miles is a liar and doesn't like Harris, right?

Harris said He didn't know all the ins and outs of the QB position and he had an ankle sprain all season. Probably the reason he didn't play a bunch of snaps. Also that he and AJ are splitting snaps for 1st team

So is it Les lying??...or Harris lying now to the media because this is what Les told him to say?

Trouble reading between the lines? Also thanks for putting words in my mouth. I want him to step up and earn it as well. I never said I wanted the job dumped in his lap.

Speaking of which.....kinda like JJ "earned" it in 2011...is that what you're speaking of?

It's 2015.

At some point you're going to have to empty the sand from your vagina, open your eyes, and accept the truth.

Isn't that pretty much what happened in 2011 for JL?

Harris earned the Aub. start based off his performance in a couple games and Jennings lost the starting gig based off his performance in a couple games.

Harris has told us the he had an injury at Aub. which held him back and of his confusion on calling plays. Why we continue to question Harris not playing more or not being the starter at this time is perplexing. I think the kid was truthful and I think those unwilling to move on are being as stubborn as they claim Miles to be.

Seriously???? I would say the situation was a bit different since JL wasn't the one with legal problems.

Dumped in his lap refers to, imo, the gaining of the starting QB gig not based on performance, but based off some misfortune of the original starter. Which is pretty much the way we came to get "Johnny Football". Personally, I couldn't gave a flying flip how one becomes a starter...only thing important to me is what they do with the chance given to them.

This much we can agree on.
