my Preseason top 17 would be: Stopped here because eyes hurt.

?Bama(until somebody can soundly knock em off the pedestal, they will remain at top. They reload on defense and the offense should be the best under Saban ever)

?Ohio St(I like what Meyer is doing and from reading about him, Miller has been looking better passing. Pulled in a great recruiting class and plays in the easy 10)

?AtM(Manziel and probably the best OL in the nation now. If that defense can stop anything over 30pts then they'll lose only one game at best)

?Stanford(has been a top 10 team for the past five years and that D aint going anywhere)

?Georgia(lost some LBs and D linemen and they don't just reload, but that offense is super explosive and will continue to be)

?USCe(defense might take a step back losing Swearinger and the guy opposite Clowney on the line but that won't keep them from falling far)

?Notre Dame(I actually like what Kelly is doing and they got the #1 RB in the nation last year in Greg Bryant. They play an easy schedule so easy wins)

?Oregon(loses Chip Kelly and that will definitely have an effect but that offense will not keep them out of the top 10)

?Louisville(shitty conference and single great team means undefeated or 11-1 season)

?LSU(new OC will change everything and since chief has been here, we've had a top 20 defense)

?Florida(lost Elam and Floyd to draft but they are Florida so the D won't take too much of a dip. Don't know about their WRs but the got a good RB coming back and picked up Fred Taylor's son off the recruiting trail)

?TCU (will be the best team in the B12 in 2013 unless Baylor or OSU finds a defense)

?Clemson(lost Ellington and Hopkins and defense is shite)

?Michigan(Devin Gardner is a better passer than Shoelace and they got some good talent coming in on offense, defense is still crap but they have a pretty easy schedule)

?FSU (will have to find a QB to replace Manuel and his backup who left and lost some first round talent to the draft)

?Nebraska(don't really know too much about them, but they should be bringing back at least 15 starters including Martinez)

?Texas (Ash is coming back along with their top RB and WR. Defense wasn't too bad and should get better with a year of experience)

Very good team, with a weak schedule. They have the best shot at finishing undefeated next season.

The fact that Notre Dame made the BCSCG just means they were a creation of the media! Hech ND went triple overtime with Pitt at home. Did you see what ole miss did to Pitt ?
yea in 2007 LSU lost to both Kentucky & Arky in 3OT
2008 Florida lost to Ole Miss at home
2009 Bama required 3 block field goals to hold off Tenn 12-10
2010 Auburn beat bad Mississippi St and Kentucky teams by 3
2011 Bama didn't even win their confrence
2012 Bama got beat by A&m at home, required a bone head mistake by a Georgia wr to win the SEC. Lets not forget 12-0 Ohio State wasn't eligible to play in the BCS game.

quote:

Now your gonna say I can't make those comparisons but
when A team like Washington gets destroyed like we destroyed them and they beat Stanford that says volumes . This year Vandy would beat Stanford !!
yea LSU beat A&M so LSU should have beat Bama also.

once again you are an idiot.

Clemson

they have Boyd and Watkins coming back which makes their offenses one of the best, and return most of their defense.

Frighten tiger I said a top teir SEC teams you picked Alabama in 2000 and 2001pre SABAN Bamma had some very bad years. Tenn was bery bad under dooley .

Lets look at top teams in the SEC

What are you saying we didn't decimate Washington
Cause we destroyed them . They did not get a first down till near halftime !

Or

That the top six SEC teams would not blow out Notre Dame?
Alabama , LSU, USCe , Florida, Georgia , Texas A&m all would have destroyed Notre Dame!

If your argument is the PAC 12 is equal to the SEC then you simply don't know football .

Do you know the two teams that have the least successful players after being drafted into the NFL ? USC and Nebraska .

Do you know the team with the players who have succeeded the most after being drafted? LSU!!!

By the way LSU and A&M was a close game Washington was not even close.

Stanford lost to Notre Dame and Washington two weak teams
Bama lot LSU would blow them out Florida , USCe would also beat them down

5.Notre Dame- Wont last here for long.

10.Flordia State- lost a lot but have good young players.
always ranked high but can't substain

quote:

12.South Carolina- They can only go so far with Clowney carrying them.
georgia and florida will knock them down the poll

quote:

14.Boise State- Maybe too high but they always end up here in the end.
will not finish here this year

quote:

15.LSU- Shouldnt be here way to talented but with Cam coming in they should get more out of the offense and defense just reloads and has big year.
Top five team by the end of october

quote:

20.Vanderbilt- Franklin is building something down there.
lost too much on offense this year give franklin 2 more years of good recruiting and they may break the top 25. I will pull of them since its SEC school except when and if they play LSU.

only one I really don't agree with, I believe aTm will be a top 5 team until they lose to LSU in death valley in november. I believe that game will decide the west champion and eventually that team will be playing in the national championship against Ohio st, notre dame, oregon, or stanford.

Yes but they already broke into top 25 late last season. I kind of wish Vandy would go back to being Vandy and being an automatic win every year but thats the evolution of the SEC everybody can be competitve on any given saturday.

i don't think Franklin will be at Vandy to build up to a powerhouse in the SEC. If he keeps doing what he is doing he will get a bigger job somewhere

So u think TCU is winning they big 12? They lost 6 games last year. Could u imagine LSU losing 6 games? Miles would be burned on a cross.

They also got blown out in a few of their losses. Wheres that vaunted D? They play, LSU, Texas, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Kansas state, and Baylor. No way they navigate that schedule.
