Does it make a difference if the Vandy & ULL game is at 6PM instead of 7PM?

Last year I enjoyed the Bama & Georgia games (despite the loses) because it was perfect weather, you can tailgate a little bit before, go to the game and it feel great and then have time to catch the prime time games.

With that said, the 2:30 start time works ONLY if the weather is perfect.

depends on the time of year...I really like tiger stadium after dark....if the weather is cool and crisp, I don't mind daylight games though....

2:30 games are just too early for me, as I travel several hours to attend....no time to tailgate....

Nights are the best but that said the Troy game was brutal facing that north wind.

7pm is perfect, usually. In any weather.

As a student, I preferred as late as possible

As an adult, I actually prefer the 6PM start.

Too fricking cold. I'm not one of the 100,000 liars out there who claimed to stay the whole game; I left right after halftime. Couldn't handle the weather

I did not think about that. I guess the atmosphere is much better at a later game because the "real" tiger fans have time to get to the game and enjoy themselves before the game starts.

Does anyone remember the 2007 Arkansas game? That was a day game and if you sat on the west side it was cold as hell and the wind was brutal.

7:30 pm. Night games used to always start at 7:30. When Bob Broadhead came in as AD he changed it to 7:00 so that there'd be time for the east coast press to get the game info in the papers before they were printed.

7:00 pm is great but I wish they were still at 7:30 pm.
