I'm shocked as well, but on paper, Kelly is by far the best hire. Blows Napier and Riley out of the water. GREAT JOB SCOTT WOODWARD! Can't do much better than securing a 3x coach of the year, plus the man who built ND and Cinci.

The only people bitching are the ones that didn't get "my dude"... I wanted Napier to come over, but I am also smart enough to recognize that Kelley is ten times the hire. Napier is all about potential. The only question with Kelley is age.
