Every team has an "ace" Vandy is not exactly among the nations elite. We posted one freaking run. We'll run into better teams, with better "aces". If we cant muster more than 1 against vandy . . . . . . . . .

Its a chemistry thing imo. No doubt we are as talented as any team in the nation. We all know the best team doesnt always win in baseball, but team chemistry is crucial. We must gel soon, or this wont last long.

Just because Vandy's team isn't great, doesn't mean there ace isn't great. That guy is probably gonna get drafted in Round 1. I doubt we run into that many pitchers better than him. 1, maybe 2.

I was at the game...there was nothing mental about this. The Vandy pitcher was lights out on fire. He will be a highly payed major league SP in a couple of years. We hit him very hard with men in scoring position...it was just right at the fielder which means the Vandy coach did his job and had us scouted well. Please people, this was not PM's fault, nor was it from lack of effort. Vandy beat us. It happens in Baseball. I will say this J-Mitch can't hit a lefty under the best of circumstances; he had no chance yesterday against that guy's nasty stuff,
