What evidence is BRPD using??

I just wonder what substantial evidence the BRPD has to arrest Jefferson and Johns on felony charges. All I've heard is biased accounts of the fight from "the victim" who threw the first punch according to bar employees who were not interviewed and some random girl. Does anyone know if the shoes an DNA evidence brought any solid evidence to this case?

They have two statements from eyewitnesses. Thats all you need for an arrest. Thats much different that what our DA needs for a conviction.

Just funny to me that they didn't request video from the bar or interview the employees. But the two eye witnesses know everything and everything they say must be 100% accurate.

I would bet they have not released everything they know, especially if they are still investigating other aspect of the fight. I would bet this is not the end of the arrest. I would be surprised if some of the "victims" aren't arrested also.

I would too, but I doubt it. They searched JJ's apartment, but not John's. Not to mention, I don't think they have had time to run all the tests they would need to do.
That leads me to believe they solely used the statements of Lowery, Long and the unnamed witness. Remember you are talking about the BRPD. They have a LONG history of being complete a-holes.
