What do you think are the top 5 mistakes by coach Miles

We all know now not to fear the hat, but maybe fear something else.... the clock. What do you think is the top 5 mistakes made by Miles. Reach out and dig deep, this is not exclusively play call mistakes

Top 5 In Order IMO
1) CO DC's
2) Not Pulling Lee Earlier in the 08 season and getting playing time for JJ (In other words sacrificing the 08 season perhaps) (Hind Sight is 20/20)
3) Not paying closer attention to the Coaching of the O line
(Technique wise) and critiquing and correcting it.
4) Not taking over the play calling at some point in 09
5) Not Firing Crouton and or Stud for the lack of offense in O9
No. 5 will eventually lead to his demise at LSU IMO (Hope I'm wrong)
The team in 08 and 09 did not have an identity. They did not have a core group of plays on offense that they could rely on during times of adversity. A core group of plays that were productive every single time they ran em. Regardless of Crouton and or Stud this will always be the responsibility of the HC

People are banned for calling for coaches to be fired for performance, yet people can attack the spouse of a coach??? WTF?
