What did this coaching staff do to prepare this team for the season?

They weeded out the female fans.

Not that it was a big mystery but pretty clear where the leadership was coming from last season.

A tough question to answer.
I do know this point has been made before. The coaching staff did not do its usual good job of evaluating transfer portal players.
Hopefully, Jay will make the changes necessary for next season.
