I know it was concerning to several before the season started, regarding what happens to LSU if Brennan were to get hurt.

TJ played amazing and that zip and size reminds me of Perillioux(?). If Brennan is healthy then I hope this young man stays ready to go.

I think for what they let Max do, which wasn't much, he look confident and relaxed. Not exactly like Brennan did, last year maybe, when he forgot to put in his mouth piece.

We can win with all the QBs. Let them all play.
Each seems to bring something a little different.
All seem fairly poised.

Have to give a nod to the system too. There's many things about this system on both the game and practice field that are best described as "QB friendly". Also have to note this system requires a different type of prep for everybody, especially the QBs. That prep work, and I'm thinking film room but including practice field, has help develop QBs. We saw a first time starter start the best ever for LSU and a freshman QB have a great game while running a predominately read-based passing orientated offense (with admittedly different playcalling).

Hell, remember at one point at that not too distant past we were begging for:
- develop some QBs in-house
- maybe use some shotgun on something other than 3rd and 15
- how about not doing a play fake on every damn passing play
- lets have 3 receivers in a pattern. go crazy and do 4

We've come a long way. Brennan and TJ have benefitted from that. Brennan and TJ are also the cause of some of that. They just confirmed it works by using the system to make it work. Full circle.

Thank you Burrow, Brady, and Munoz. Thank you Orgeron for bringing all 3 of them in. Those 3 might be gone... but their legacy, gifts, and work product keeps on giving with TJ being latest surprise gift.
