What makes you believe alleva can pull off a home run hire?
Jesus CHRIST you Milesers are a bunch of scared pussies!! LSU is about to take a huge step up with any of the several names mentioned as possible replacements. Football hierarchy didn't begin and end with Leslie Ann Miles.

LSU can do way way worse than Larry Fedora. He is a really good coach. I wish people could temper their expectations or hopes to land Tom Herman. I also don't understand the absolute level of retardedness that goes into some of the comments about the state of the program. LSU IS an elite PROGRAM and this is not a knee jerk firing. The program is not in shambles. Baylor is in shambles. Anyone with half a brain was ready to see miles gone but he left the cupboard full and with no sanctions. No one ever said he was perfect but take a step back and look at the shape most programs are in when a coach of miles tenure and fame is fired. We are locked and loaded. Full steam ahead tiger fans. Anyone that says we are going back to the 90's doesn't fully realize how bad we have been offensively. Bad enough that I believe there are literally people in the stands that could call a game with as much or more success. We were the worst offense in the country. Watching them win a game was joyless because every week they won, the anxiety from wondering how in the hell we would beat anyone the following week would suck all the air out of the victory. Who knows how this will play out but let's keep things in perspective. Im excited for the future. It's like a new season.

Alleva just made a huge decision on firing miles mid season. Doing so to make the program better. And you think he will hire Skip Holtz. Give me a break.

You remind me of Randy Quaid's character in Major League II
I even read your post in his voice.

Who mentioned? A bunch of people on the internet? So you believe that is "real" ... on the internet! Google "Alleva Duke Lacrosse" and figure out who you have in charge of this show. By the way, Curley Hallman was very interested in coming to LSU. Derek Dooley at TN. Mike Shula Alabama. Get it?

Alleva will lay an egg on a big hire. And then we will settle for someone like skip Holtz or Dan Mullen. Then Beefeense and Choctaw will fap away about such a great hire and how we will right the ship
Embrace the suck boys. We were in a decline. Now we are picking up steam rolling downhill
Never has so little been know by so many.
