The Advocate story on him last week was a perfect example of the paranoia Miles had about letting info out coupled with his insistence on doing things "his" way regardless of player strengths. He wanted a rugby style kicker, but he didn't want Wisconsin to know that. So he sends out a kid who's never kicked in a game before and doesn't allow him to warm in the stadium so catch Wisconsin off guard. And predictably Growdon mishits his first one, it shakes him up a little, and he averages 32 yards in that game.

Fast forward 9 weeks, and now he's kicking the way he's most comfortable, and we see the results. Just infuriating to think that something as simple as the punter had to be turned into a CIA level deception.
