We have a shot to have the sixth best RPI in the SEC at the end of today and maybe top 16

Not saying we make it to be a host but that is pretty damn impressive to go from 12th best RPI in the SEC only 10 days ago. 8 game win streak and an SEC tournament championship has to at least make the committee think twice about it

Someone reminded in an earlier thread that if we were to get the 16 seed home regional then we'd go to the #1 seed super regional (assuming 16 and 1 seeds win).

I don't think we're hosting regardless of today's result, but it would be a good time for Boat to break out his thread of "If you're paired with LSU, be prepared to lose your regional." Who knows what will happen.

At this point, I think I would rather be the 2 seed in a relatively weak supers bracket than a 1 seed in one of the best national brackets in the country.

At this point, I think we've played our way into a 2 seed. All the non-SEC hosts are just hoping they don't draw us.
