Haven't you heard? He's RP2007!!!!

Seriously folks, have you seen JJ the past two years? I cannot fathom why anyone would want this guy back under center, running or passing.

If JL can't get away from pressure and deliver the ball like a man on november 5, some people on here are gonna be whining for JJ. We shouldn't take anything for granted. No one's even seen JJ play in a game this year and people are already writing him off.

I am glad the young man is back on the team. However I cringe at th eprosepct of having a 2 QB system put in place by the staff. IMO, why mess with the chemistry of the offense right now? Hoping Les agrees with me..

We beat bama last year, had them on the ropes in 2009 until JJ got hurt, and both those teams were better than us IMO. Yet you still want to send him packing? Just doesn't make sense.

I'm tired of reading about his "running ability.' He's not Cam Newton. He doesn't run the option well. He is not really that good a runner. He's just a better runner than Lee, which isn't much of an achievement.

I think he will become a huge distraction. I honestly went from feeling we could win every game to feeling like we have lost offensive unity.

If you don't think his "boys" have got his back then you are kidding yourself. It will be the cause of division among the team members and severely reduces Lee's ability to be the team leader.

Why do I keep reading comments that believe this will hurt "team unity?". First, to those who use this expression, do you know what that even means? Second, hadn't "team unity" already been impacted by the incident and suspensions? Third, why wouldn't this impact team unity in a positive way? Here you have a leader of the team who was falsely accused and has now been vindicated at least to the extent that at worst he could be convicted of a misdemeanor returning to his teammates after a very difficult ordeal and suspension. Maybe JL and JJ become closer than ever after this. Maybe their teammates see that and rally around them both. JL went through some serious hell since 2008. JJ went through his own recently. I'm happy for them both to be able to finish their senior seasons this way.

Can't we all just get along?

The insecurity of people on this site is truly mindboggling. All he wants to do is rejoin his team. I don't care how bad of a football player people think he is, he at least deserves that much.

I Honestly Think That The Best Quarterback For This Team Right Now Is Jarrett Lee.

Look, he's not the starter, thank God, but I've got a feeling that with Lee playing as well as he is, Saban is going to try to knock him out early in that game. If he does, JJ may just turn out to be our hero. He's been our goat for long enough. Just welcome him back, hope for the best.

His "boys" being who? Personally, I will give "his boys" the benefit of the doubt!
