I’ll feel better when we get Florida State in a playoff but until then this is a great confidence builder getting into the meat of our schedule now.

That much hasn't changed. It's always been a possibility. It's more of a possibility now that we look better, but it's going to come down to the wire in the West. LSU,aTm,Ole Miss,Bama, I couldn't give you a confident order or finish in the division right now. I would say they are the top 4, but I'm only slightly confident of that. The SEC Championship game isn't a given for Georgia either. They're at the head of the class in the East right now, but they're far from a lock to win in Atlanta right now.

I agree, and I must say I’m not impressed with any of the top-ranked teams this season THUS FAR. Certainly that could change, but right now hey as u alluded to we can win 9 straight, finish 11 & 1, win the SEC West, defeat Georgia: SEC Champ, and make the playoff. I also believe there’s a pretty dang good chance we stumble somewhere, finishing 10 & 2, yet still win the west, then defeat Georgia, then make the playoff as the first ever 10 & 2 in the playoff era.

If our defense gets right we become a dangerous team. The offense is hard to stop.

The West is wide open.
GA buckled down and dominated SC in the second half. They’re still standing a head taller than the rest of the East.
GA looks human though. Alabama is like LSU under Les Miles - 21 killers and Jordan Jefferson.
