Their O line can't block very good but Warner gets the ball out quick and they can set up the run by passing

you're right, let's just keep doing what we have been doing, it might work eventually

I think he is getting at the fact that the past 3 Sundays we have had a few "we need to do what (NFL Team) does on offense/defense!"

not saying we don't need to change... but there is a reason why offensive schemes work in the NFL and don't in college, and vice versa...

signed,
Steve "the ol' ball coach" Spurrier

i think the point is that since our running game is weak, by passing first, our run options would open up. shite, saban even turned to the pass in 2001 when it was apparent that we had a weak run game. remember the bama game that year?

Yeah. We're a passing team that is trying to be a running team.

we have NO offensive identity. les wants to be a smashmouth team, but he didn't recruit smashmouth talent

I think we are a passing team b/c of our lack luster o-line, we definitely have the talent in the running game to succeed, Chuck and KW, both nfl potential. But we also have shite ton of nfl potential at WR, and passing is easier to do with a bad oline then running the ball

not to play against Peyton Manning. Indy is kicking AZ's butt.

Yeah but Arizona turned the ball over twice inside the 5. That's the difference.

The line is built for the spread option. We've shifted closer and closer to it every year. Last year we able to still do a little of both but we're at the point now where we need to shite or get off the pot. We need to get the ball out quicker.

Chuck and KW,

Chuck doesn't fit in the plans right now, at least as much as he is being used. We get into a pro set SO often just to run it is pretty predictable. KW comes in to run outta the gun and has had success.

The QB we have playing is incapable of throwing quick throws. Have you seen how bad we are at the bubble screen now? The rise ball he threw on the middle screen?

JL is our most talented passer, Jefferson is just the smarter player (based on last year's JL).

with our offensive lines status i don't think we could use the giants scheme or a few of the other teams on that list.

The Colts are taking them to the cleaners on offense and defense. You should have waited until the game unfoled before you stated this thread -- i.e. be like the Cardinals and lose by 21.
