It's baffling...we have so much potential! If and when we put out 100% effort for the full 60 minutes we will be un-stoppable.

chill folks

enjoy the moment and the team!

Coach gets no credit but is undefeated

beat 2 top 10 teams and he talks up one game at a time

Like most folk I have a hard time understanding CEO but that does not make him football dumb. His understanding of line play is superior to most Head football coaches. He has a good feel for game day and he is good at end of game decisions. Most coaches kick that late FG against Domers

An ugly win is still a win. When your team plays like shite and still wins that's a pretty good team. If they can get healthy along the offensive line LSU will be tough to beat.

Burrow is throwing for 280 yards and 2 TDs.

The running game should get going.

I'm having a hard time coming up with a final score.

Maybe 41 to 31 LSU.

yes

beating Ole Miss works for me

The narrative is we are just not a good football team. But the fact is we're the only team in the country that has beat 2 top 10 teams. So the bunch that had written us off preseason are holding to their guns.

The main thought is that CEO is not a quality coach and in time this point will be proven.

LSU winning is the only thing that will change that narrative.

Who could disagree with this? The team has an offensive inconsistency that reminds of the good ole days of Leslie Miles. Granted the passing game is emphasized more, but the receivers struggle to get open and drop passes.

This offense will have to play flawlessly with respect to penalties and blown assignments to beat upper level teams. I do not see that happening. May 0 prove me wrong.

Bama is legit, but pump the brakes. Bama has yet to beat a team with a top 25 win with Tua at QB. How they look against a good defense remains to be seen. And don’t say GA in natty game last year, Kirby schemed completely for Hurts.

well - most teams are showing they have issues

If we don't get better we might lose a game

Until we lose that game we look to be the 5th best team in the country.

You can't say we will lose but you can say you think we will. It's the same bull-shite written pre-season.

Most have been proven wrong to this point on this team.

They are waiting to say - see - LSU was a fake top 10 team. They could be wrong!

This team is working hard and O has pushed many to be better. I can clearly see the team getting better.

Ole Miss can't stop the run so I'm looking for run 1st to set up play action.

“Reminds me of”

The 04 LSU total O averaged 396 yds a game and 28 pts a game.

The 2015 LSU O averaged 437 yds a game and 33 pts a game.

4 games in, the 2018 O is averaging 353 yds a game and 31 pts a game.

Just saying........

If memory serves, Miles was not at LSU in 04. Did the 15 team win anything? No? OK then. Like I said, the offense sputters and chokes and coughs and wheezes too much to be considered even 'good' let along superior. LSU will have a chance to silence the naysayers, but I would not bet the rent money on it.

“Miles not at LSU in 04”

I know. That was the point. LSU had a better offensive production in Miles last full yr than we had in Sabans last full yr.

The disappointing part of all this is our offensive production had gotten worse under Coach O than it was before his arrival as HC.

Tua

is a beast - don't see many things for Bama to be worried about

if we win out until Bama - I think they get worried

We win out we will jump Bama to #1 before that game

And their punter. We have to work the short field to our advantage and hopefully pick off Tua a couple times. I know we can stop their run game. Should be fun.
