Each coach has their pros and cons whether it be from his hires at A&M or LSU.

The candidates for the baseball job have pros and cons but one thing we know is Woody won’t pick a person who should never sniff this program.

Sully is the definition of settling. It’s a lazy BS hire. Paying top dollar for long in the tooth coaches who have already been at the top of the mountain isn’t a recipe for long term success

So what you’re saying is he only hires coaches that have won NC and are still winning a ton of conference titles. I’ll allow

Maybe for the big 3 but look at his hire for soccer. Sian Hudson has that team rolling. they started off slow but since the spring season they’re something like 8-2.

We don’t know for certain but he probably pushed out the swimming coach. we knew he wasn’t good enough to sustain that program and who knows who the right hire is for that, but i trust he will find the right fit for whatever coaching search he embarks on

You spewing this shite here? Orgeron was a pissed off settling hire. Sully a damn good coach. He won a Natty with no hitting.
Only Cobin has been better in the SEC the last 10 years.

Please find where I said whatever you’re spewing I said because you make zero sense. If you think Paul “retired” on his own you’re wrong.

WTF is wrong with you? I don’t care what you said. I’m trying to figure out why you’re spewing shite at me. If I said somewhere “Paul is t retiring” in a thread that MEANT HE WAS GOING TO BE FORCED OUT - which is what he know would happen. Despite the “this was my decision comment he made”, the truth came out when “Scott asked he take on an administrative function”. We know what that means. Scott is paying him to help with his decision. One thing is clear in contracts is you are owed what you signed for and I’m sure Paul didn’t want to walk away from 3-5 MM.

The alternative is maybe he simply had enough at 63 with the bank he has. The only way to know is look at LSU financials that will come out after then BoS meeting.
