So by losing, you don't have to play again until Saturday? Win you play the next day. Hmmmm...

They're trying to keep the fans in OKC another day. :)

By winning, you have guaranteed that you do not have to play a double-header on Saturday.

It's still an odd schedule that the NC or runner-up could have ended up playing 8 games in 7 days.

I love how it's set up. If you lose Game 1, yeah you get a day off, but you have to win 2 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday to advance to title round.

If you win Game 1, you do have to play next day, but winning Friday gives you Saturday off...and if you lose Friday, you only have to play once Saturday, and that's against a team that's already played earlier in the day

That's why espn bills it as "elimination Saturday." They play all 4 losers bracket games

Can LSU beat both Oregon and Oklahoma (twice) to go to the Finals?
