I mostly agree with you--but I have thought about it and now kinda see why leaving isn't a bad idea.

Angel just might be tired of college. All the attention she gets is great and she certainly has branded herself to be worthy of it. But for her, maybe it has come to the point where it is time for a new challenge? I seriously doubt she can go anywhere in BR and be left alone. Honestly, hasn't she done just about all she can do here? Records, rings, NIL out the arse, etc. What else is left?

It really depends on what Reese wants....

She will make her cash regardless of what she does but its a matter of lifestyle and what she would prefer. If she stays at LSU for another year, she remains at a high status quo in the college landscape, playing in front of sell out crowds, still get lots of exposure every week. If she works on her game in depth this offseason she would play herself into a higher draft pick (easily top 3) the following year when the WNBA is expanding and has more roster spots.

If she wants things to quiet down now, the WNBA is the best bet. I'm sure she could make it but no one outside of Clark is playing much on a WNBA roster next season and the vast majority of the players drafted will get cut (the WNBA draft is a sham). So if Reese is cool mostly sitting on the bench, Along with that, the pay, benefits, TV exposure and facilities in the WNBA is terrible. Thats why most these kids are sticking around in college as long as they can.

Saw a mock draft recently that had Reese as the 11th pick.

What pisses me off is the way they did Alexis Morris. The WNBA milked all the pub they could that “Hey! Look at this famous LSU player we drafted in the first round!”—then immediately cut her. I don’t blame Tate for getting pissed and speaking out.

If the NBA wants the WNBA to have any kind of credibility, they need to fund more teams and more roster spots where college stars can apprentice and develop while in the league.

During the senior recognitions, they mentioned HVL is applying to law school. Did anyone else hear th

Interesting. Well, there would be her extra year of eligibility though I doubt she applies to LSU law. LSU Law teaches Louisiana French-Napoleonic law and I doubt she plans to practice in Louisiana.

Hmm. If she really likes it here, I can see her doing as Moon Ursin did with nursing. In HVL’s case, playing her final season at Tulane while enrolled at Tulane Law—where British Admiralty is taught—the law system that is used in the other 49 states.

We owe it to VT losing for LSU moving up to #2 seeding in NCAA Tourney. VT lost their #1 player Kitley, fans are saying torn ACL. Indiana also lost their #1 player Holmes. Tough injuries this time of the year for some teams. Hope LSU can stay healthy rest of season.
