She's probably holding off on hiring or naming the 3rd asst. so that she can use Daphne Mitchell in recruiting on the road right now during the peak time.
Daphne was her asst. coordinator of recruiting and operations at Baylor and has apparently followed her to LSU. She has been listed in their tweets about coaches/staff hitting the road for recruiting this month.

I heard really good things about Daphne. I heard they were exploring WNBA coaches but also wouldn't be surprised if Daphne get promoted to a full time assistant coach depending on how things go this summer, she has has been with Kim for over 6 years now. She coaches post players and was one herself. She use to play at Georgia Tech and has a lot GA connections.
