I didn't say it was and I hope Orgeron makes that pussy cry on the field again. What do you think about that, buddy?

I think you are in danger of losing your Platinum Basher credentials, if you keep talking that way.

At this point of the season (hasn't started) how would you know?

I'd disagree to an extent. It will be the first game against a quality opponent with our "new" offense. It will be a measuring stick to how much the offense is improved and how good the team is this season. It is also a good barometer on how good the D is because Texas is going to test Aranda's defense. Ehrlinger is a good QB and they have the ability to put up a lot of points. That being said, I think the Oct 12 game vs Florida will be the first real test of our offense since Texas is replacing so many defenders.

My thoughts exactly.

The only person who keeps bringing up Herman is you. That’s a bit strange, don’t you think?

You think Texas is going to be like Alabama or Georgia?

To be fair, I don’t know and neither do you.

But I feel confident saying they are not.

Are you knighting for the guy? See I can do that too, Roger.

At this point? Who knows?

They have top ten talent in the country, the highest rated B12 team. Basically neck and neck with LSU as far as composite talent.

I would think this is something that would be figured out by midseason, not preseason.

No one knows how this shite is gonna shake out. Every year people think they have it all pegged only to see it flip upside down. Even if we do somehow lose to Texas, it wouldn't be the end of the season. It's a long way to go until the end of November and a lot of shite can happen.

Not strange. Over the next year or so, I think Orgeron's supporters will rub this in at every opportunity we get. (and thanks for mentioning it again, and giving me another opportunity!)

Orgeron was the right choice - NOT Herman!

Jesus Christ. This is exactly how these threads fall apart, you just have to make it personal.

Wait a second, you can jump on me and say “are you knighting for the guy?” But if I or anyone else says it to you, it’s off limits?

Just giving you a taste of your own medicine.

Anyway point made. Let’s move on and back to the subject.

And one game decides that? What if Herman wins, does that mean he's the better coach and would have been the better choice? I've asked this before but you wouldn't answer.

Show me in this thread where I did just that.

I've never thought of Luny as a full on basher. He can walk on both sides and granted he does lean basher more often than not but he spends just enough time with the good guys that he usually gets a pass.
