Watch List Season - Lord Help Us

The Ray Guy Award for the top college punter started off the endless Watch List season by naming 49 punters expected to compete for the honor. For the most part, any player who finished in the top 75 among NCAA punters last year and returned to his team this year is on the list. Watch lists are essentially the nearest thing college football has to a participation trophy. Over the next week or so, we have to suffer through about 14 of these things.
